Pin commissions meant for sale will be double or more of the price of a normal commission.

The colouring style will be changed to the client's wishes to make the process of manufacturing the pins as smooth as possible.

I have full ownership over the commissioned artwork. I retain the right to post it on my social media or on any other platform.

I retain the right to refuse a commission with no explanation needed.

Commissions are for private use only, if you are planning on using it for specific commercial purposes the prices are double or more.

Under no circumstances may the commission be sold or produced into products meant for sale. It is meant for the client to use as decoration, profile picture, as a gift, etc.

It is strictly prohibited to use the commission for non fungible tokens (NFTs) or cryptocurrency.

This agreement is governed by Belgian law. In case a legal dispute would arise, Belgian courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

The act to be performed by the artist, constitutes a service.

Before the definitive conclusion of the agreement, the general terms and conditions may at any time be subject to change at the discretion of the artist. Any changes will be duly communicated to the buyer, before the conclusion of the agreement.

Payments are made through Paypal in euros.

If you live in Europe I accept bank transfer as well.

The full payment is to be made upfront! I will not start the sketching process until I have received the full price. (exceptions can be made on commissions above 100 euros)

By commissioning me you accept to send me your e-mail and full name. This is to send you the invoice as well as the finished commission.

In case you wish to have a print of your commission sent to you I will also require your full address.

By accepting the main agreement, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. Your personal data will only be used for administrative purposes regarding the agreement. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties.

First initial contact is through Instagram DMs, where we will discuss what you want and you give me your email and full name.

I will then send you a Quotation with everything listed and the right price.

The commission will start after I receive the the full payment or half can be paid up front and the rest after the piece is finished.

The first update is the finished sketch, you can make any changes at this point.

The second update is the lineart. You can make minor changes at this point. No major changes can be made anymore! So please think carefully when you receive the sketch.

Next I will send you a first pass of colours, you can change any colour you want at this point. When I start rendering complete colour changes are not possible anymore.

There will be an extra charge if you want changes to be made over three times.

When everything is approved by you, I will send you the finished piece in both .png and .jpg via e-mail.
